Delivery Information
Upon Receipt of an Order
Upon receipt of an order, we will send an order acknowledgement giving an estimated delivery date. We will then telephone prior to dispatch to arrange a suitable date to deliver the products.
Pallet Deliveries
All pallet deliveries are by Tail Lift truck due to the large weight of the products. Any additional delivery requirements must be stated in the checkout process under ‘Additional Notes’, and you will be contacted within the 7 working days to discuss.
Parcel Couriers and Small Parcels
Parcel couriers are used when the purchased product/products are small enough to deliver by parcel. When the weight of a delivery is over 23kg or the dimensions exceed that permitted for a parcel by the courier, the product/products will be dispatched by pallet/pallets.
All pallets will be loaded at the discretion of the work site staff with a view to maximise the efficiency and space without compromising the safety of the driver or the customer, nor compromising the integrity of the pallet structure or product.
